This is an astonishingly diverse album, and an excellent debut from Tony Smotherman. This eclectic mix involves some rocky electric guitar tracks with apparent influences, among others, from Malmsteen and Dream Theatre; he incorporates solid riffs and rhythm playing with some blazing arpeggio runs. To compliment this there are a couple of perfectly executed classical acoustic style tracks and a few classical Indian style tracks. It's a nice mix, and each tune stands on its own.
